About Diane

Diane Kohler brings over 20 years of residential real estate experience and sales expertise. Diane has a long tradition of real estate development and construction in her family, her father being in commercial development and contracting for over 30 years in the Los Angeles area.

After graduating from college, Diane was a computer programmer for a large bar coding firm, which went public and was sold within a year. Diane remained in San Diego, and decided to venture into real estate, her true passion, and accepted a job working for a commercial and residential developer in the La Jolla area as their Contracts and IT Manager. Diane later accepted a position with a large residential developer in Rancho Santa Fe specializing in custom homes and exquisite estates.

Diane soon began selling residential real estate, and was awarded “Rookie of the Year” her first year in sales. She ventured out on her own, selling real estate with her team throughout San Diego County. Diane has owned training companies, developed products for real estate agents to increase their selling skills, and developed a coaching program for a national small business growth & self development franchise. She has been a consistent producer, and is currently coaching real estate professionals to grow and develop their practices, as well as assisting them in strategizing exit strategies with residual income from the buisness they worked so hard to build.

Diane lives in Del Mar, California. She has three amazing children and enjoys spending time with friends, involvement in humanitarian and environmental causes, reading, fitness, and travel.
